Chanting is a common way to connect with your inner self. In the yoga tradition mantras are used as a means to concentrate, to cultivate presence and to remind yourself of the core essence of the practice and its purpose. In this course, learn some of the history and theory behind the chanting of mantra, and learn several different traditional chants; and how to put them together for your own personal self-guided practice of mantra for meditation.
